"Ellie Smith Photography is brilliant! My experience was so delightful! Eleanor was such a pleasure to be around. From the very start, I knew she'd make my family comfortable! I didn't have my own transportation the day of our session so she picked us up! How sweet, right!? She took us to a beautiful location. My two sons were thrilled to be outside! I was thrilled by her ability to make them follow her instructions for particular poses! She was very sweet and nurturing with them. She made us laugh just by being herself. It really felt like I was having our pictures taken by a best friend! When it came time to view our photos, she came to my home and oh boy was that a treat! Eleanor took the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen of myself and my children! They were perfect! She chose about 64 photos, give or take, including the black and white version of each picture, for us to look at and I purchased just about all of them!! Her passion for art and photography certainly shines through every photo! She is very prompt and stays in close contact! I was able to view a sneak peek the night of the session and saw them all the following day and it only took a few days to recieve my gorgeous pictures after the order was placed! "My experience with Ellie was awesome. She was upbeat, full of energy,
and very friendly. She was very well prepared and could take a picture
pretty much anywhere. Very accommodating, too.
Before we
actually got started, we had a "getting to know each other" talk, just
to figure out what my expectations and hopes were from the shoot. I
thought this was very professional. It's so rare to meet a photographer
that asks YOU what YOU want to do. During the session, she was not
only making sure we all stayed positive by cracking jokes and
complimenting us, but she kept us calm and collective so we didn't just
talk through the set. After the shoot, she made sure to let me know
everything that was going to happen with our pictures, how I could
access them, how long they would be on her site, etc. Pretty much
everything that you never get told and just have to figure out on your
own, she told us.
I think my favorite part of all of it
though, was how willing she was to do everything. She came with a
blanket just in case we wanted to lay down and didn't want to get dirty.
Our shoot was in the woods, and me being the fashionista I am, decided
that I just HAD to wear sandals, and she even looked for Poison Ivy
every step I took. She had bug spray with her, and even held my hand
while walking up and down hills to make sure I didn't get my skirt
dirty. This girl is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that
you're comfortable and you get a great shot because of it". - Holly K.
"My experience with Ellie was awesome from start to finish!! Aou can tell she puts pride in her work and what she does. We did a
mini back to school session and she even brought my kids an apple for
them to have after pictures were taken!!! I have never seen a
photographer ever do that!!!! She was soo friendly and telling my kids
jokes just to get them to smile. My kids usually dont like their
picture taken but it was like they werent even getting them done cause
she worked with them soo much to get them to cooperate. And the
pictures were ready to view that night!!! I can honestly say I'm
very picky when it comes to picking out the ones I want, but now its
