I simply adore these two girls and this session was so special to me. I've known Kendall since my freshman year in high school, but haven't seen her much over the years since I moved to Kentucky. I was the first of my high school friends to become a parent, so I felt a new connection to Kendall when she became a Mommy herself! I've followed little miss Madelyn's life over Facebook the past two years, so I was over the moon to finally meet her! Madelyn definitely got her personality and gorgeous good looks from her Mama!

This session was their first as a family and I was honored to be capturing this special time in their lives. I also took some extra photos of Colton because the little man just turned 6 months. He's growing like crazy and I love his chubbiness!

This family was such a joy to photograph! The boys kept me on my toes the entire session, but I love a good challenge! They had so much fun picking flowers and playing with their Mama. I know she and I had a great time as well, even if we did end up with a few chigger bites!

Jennifer used to babysit my little Oliver when he was toddler so I've known her for the past six years, which is just crazy to me! I was beyond thrilled when she asked me photograph her adorable little family. Their kiddos are so full of personality and definitely kept me busy throughout the shoot! And I can't get over the connection between Jennifer and her husband. So, so sweet!
